The Badgers fought hard after an early lead but fell 88-72 to SUNY Delhi on Friday night in a fast-paced matchup at Delhi.

Johnson came out strong, erasing an early deficit with a 15-7 run highlighted by Niv Barzilay's deep three and Greg Fitzgerald's triple. Joseph Gargiulo's layup and free throw gave Johnson a 30-28 lead, and Jaylen Brown's free throw pushed it to 31-28 with just over five minutes left in the first half.
