Swett, Giroux, French Headline NAC West Division All-Conference

WATERVILLE, ME.- The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Men's Golf All-Conference awards were largely decided at the West Divisional tournaments played on April 30, 2021 in Delhi, New York. The Badgers were highlighted by first year golfer Joe Giroux and senior Kaden Swett.

Giroux earned Rookie of the Year honors for the Badgers as the lowest scoring first-year player in the West match. Giroux shot a 92 overall to earn the honor. 

Swett who has been the top performer for the Badgers all season saw a different result as he capitalized shooting an impressive 76 overall in a tie for fourth place to earn West Division First Team All-Conference honors. 

Seven players were named to the Men's Golf Sportsmanship Team, reserved for those who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior. The honorees have positively affected the sport culture and match environment by clearly demonstrating sportsmanship and integrity beyond playing rules and etiquette. Garrison French earn the honors for NVU-Johnson.
