Junior Andrea Deuell (left) and Senior Kristine Tatro are two key returners that will pace the Johnson State Badgers in 2010-11

Fourth-year Head Coach Dale Tatro led the Badgers to a 7-19 season in 2009-10 and will have 10 newcomers to add to his five returners as they look to make another run into the North Atlantic Conference Playoffs.  Johnson entered the NAC playoffs as the #6 seed where they fell to Castleton State.

Junior Andrea Deuell (Milton, Vt./Milton) is the leading returning scorer back for JSC after a 2009-10 season (7.3 ppg) while Kristine Tatro (Eden, Vt./Lamoille) is the top rebounder (4.7 rpg) back from last season.  They will form a solid inside-outside nucleus for Coach Tatro to build around.

Johnson opens their season on the road at Daniel Webster College on Monday, November 15 at 7:30 pm and will play Vermont Technical College in their home-opener on Thursday, November 18 at 7:00 pm.
