JOHNSON, Vt. - The 2009-10 Johnson State College women's soccer team has been recognized by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America with their Team Academic Award.  To earn the award team's must post a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher.  The Badgers acheived a team 3.03 to qualify for the recognition.

The Lady Badgers saw junior (in 2009-10) Kathryn Johnson (Hyde Park, Vt./Lamoille) earn North Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team recognition in addition to the team award.

Congratulations to all the members of the team and for setting the bar for all Johnson State College student-athletes.
