JOHNSON, Vt. - Sophomore Chelsea Hostetter (Morrisville, Vt./Peoples Academy) made an immediate impact on the Johnson State College women's soccer program in her first week of collegiate action and has been named North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Rookie of the Week.

Hostetter, a transfer student and elementary education major, scored two goals and assisted on two others in a 1-1 week for the Badgers. The speedy forward scored a goal in a 3-2 loss to Norwich on September 1 and then had two goals and an assist in Johnson's 14-0 victory over Vermont Tech on September 3.

The Badgers and Hostetter return to play on Saturday, September 10 at 1:00 pm for a home match against non-conference foe Daniel Webster College.
