JOHNSON, Vt. - Johnson State sophomore women's soccer standout Chelsea Hostetter (Morrisville, Vt./Peoples Academy) has been named North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week as the forward sparked the Badgers to a 2-0 performance in the last seven days.

Hostetter, a transfer student and elementary education major, scored seven goals and assisted on two others helping Johnson to a 14-0 win over visiting Daniel Webster College and a 7-1 win at Bay Path College.  Hostetter tied a school-record with five goals in the match against DWC to go along with two assists.  She then added two more scores in the win over the Wildcats to help JSC to a three-game win streak and 3-1 overall record.

The Badgers and Hostetter will open up North Atlantic Conference play with their next match at home on Saturday at 3:00 pm versus Green Mountain College.
