JOHNSON, Vt. - Johnson senior women's soccer standout Ally Bataille (Waterbury, Vt./Harwood) has been named North Atlantic Conference Player of the Week.  Bataille has helped lead the Badgers to a 6-3 start overall and 2-0 in the NAC.

Bataille, a Health Sciences/Physical Education major, scored four goals and assisted on two others during a 2-1 week for the Badgers.  Bataille scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 NAC road win at Thomas on Friday netting the goal in the 64th minute.  She then exploded for three goals and two assists on Saturday at home in an 11-0 JSC win over Fisher.

Bataille, a two-time NAC Second Team member, is leading the Badgers in scoring with 18 points on the season which include seven goals and four assists.

Johnson and Bataille host a pair of big NAC matches this weekend at home with Husson University coming to town on Saturday for a 3:30 pm start and then Maine Maritime Academy visiting on Sunday with kick-off scheduled for 2:00 pm.
