Castleton junior forward Mallory Costello has been named as the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Women's Soccer Player of the Year, while Spartan teammate junior defender Allie Vachon was tabbed as the Defensive Player of the Year and Colby-Sawyer freshman defender Corrie Hoyt earned the Rookie of the Year honor to headline the 2014 All-Conference announcement. Colby-Sawyer head coach Meghan Medbery was selected as the Coach of the Year and the University of Maine at Farmington was voted to receive the Team Sportsmanship Award.

Johnson's own Casey Hutchinson, Alexa Jakiela and Amber McCullock were honored with second team honors. 

NAC All-Conference selections are determined by a vote of the conference coaches. 

Joining Costello (forward), Hoyt (defender), and Vachon (defender) on the first team were Castleton midfielders freshman Sarah Carlson and junior Jess Phillips, Colby-Sawyer's sophomore midfielder Kelsey Campbell and sophomore forward Rachel Quaye, UMaine-Farmington senior midfielder Alexandra Crocker , Husson freshman forward Leah Hibbad, and New England College's junior defender Caroline Mols and senior goalkeeper Tricia Sardagnola.

Second team selections included UMaine-Farmington senior forward Avalon Amador , Husson's junior defender Erin Boulier and freshman midfielder Taylor Fortin, Lyndon senior defender Sarah Cornell, New England College's senior defender Katie Hatch  and freshman forward Jaycie Triandafilou, Thomas junior midfielder Bronte Howorth, Johnson State's junior forward Casey Hutchinson, junior midfielder Alexa Jakiela, and senior goalkeeper Amber McCullock, and Colby-Sawyer senior forward Michelle Upham.
