Johnson Stumbles in Round One of Playoffs
May 02, 2014Top-seeded Husson University softball earned the right to host the 2014 NAC Softball Championships from Friday, May 2 to Sunday, May 4. The tournament was set in a six team double elimination format, and Husson kicked off the day with a 10 AM game on Friday against the sixth seeded Johnson State Badgers. -

April 27, 2014The University of Maine at Farmington softball team reached the 10-win mark in North Atlantic Conference play for the first time since 2009 with a “Senior Day” doubleheader sweep of Johnson State College, 8-0 and 9-1, Sunday afternoon at Prescott Field.

April 13, 2014Johnson State softball dropped a NAC match 9-0 to host Husson University on Saturday before a snow delay postponed game two. The Badgers slide to 5-12 on the year and 5-2 in the conference.

Husson Takes Two From Johnson
April 13, 2014The Johnson State College Softball team hosted the Husson University Eagles in their final regular season game on the season on April 29th at Minaert Fields. The Eagles swept the Badgers taking the first game, which was halted due to weather on April 13th, 23-0 and the second game 17-1.

Badgers Sweep Maine Maritime on the Road
April 12, 2014Maine Maritime dropped a pair of North Atlantic Conference games to Johnson State in a softball double-header Saturday. The Badgers won the first game 5-4 in eight innings and took the nightcap 4-3. Johnson State improved to 4-10 overall, 4-0 NAC, while the Mariners fell to 2-10, 0-6.

March 23, 2014The Suffolk University Softball team hosted the Johnson State Badgers in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon. The Rams swept the Badgers and took the first game 5-2 and the second game of the doubleheader 5-4.
